Sweet Mullets is the website dedicated to Beer
and Mullets. I ask you, has anything worked together better than BEER and MULLETS?

THE BEER
|

Beer has been my one and only love for over a decade
and a half spanning my career as a Professional Brew Master. It all started back several years ago when
I saw an ad for a keg washer at a local brewpub. You know what I was thinking, “FREE BEER!”
|

I had made wine before when I was very young.
It all started on Sunday morning after church I asked my father, “Dad, where does wine come from?” In his
wise fashion he told me to go to the library and read about it. By the fall of that year I harvested wild
grapes and made some of the worst wine to touch the lips of man. But never the less I continued to make
“wild grape wine” for several years after that.
|

After getting the job as the Keg Washer, within several months
I was offered an Assistant Brewer’s position, several months after that I was offered the Head Brewer’s
position. I was quickly falling I love with brewing beer. When I became the Brew Master I found what
I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
|

Brewing Beer just didn’t come to me, it
took a lot of hard work, studying and sacrifice. To this day I continuously challenge myself, I look
for ways to improve my skills and my beer. The main purpose of this site is that I wish to share my skills
and knowledge to help others brew better beer.

In the BEER pages on this site we are
featuring, THE HISTORY of BEER, EVERYTHING you wanna know about BEER, BREWING BEER AT HOME, a list of my
AWARD WINNING BEER RECIPES and COOKING with BEER.

THE MULLET
|

I have always had a strong
fondness for the MULLET. Back in my youth I started growing my first Mullet in my early teens. By
the time I was 19 the hair had morphed into a Super Sweet “Rock Star” Mullet that is proudly displayed on
the Mulletude page of this site.
|

But as things go so did the Mullet. It was a sad
day when we parted and I still dream, someday we will be together again. These Sweet Mullets are a tribute to
those long gone days when life was easy and the Mullet was cool.
